Dr. Madsen has been our family dentist for about 4 years, He and his staff are very accommodating of our busy schedules and are always on time with appointments. They also do a good job dealing with insurance companies. Joseph loves the "treasure box" where he can choose a reward at the end of his visit

Dr Madsen is kind and thorough. He has a gentle manner and works well with my children, too. Angela is sweet and very organized, Maria is friendly and compassionate. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 2-3 minutes, the team is always punctual. I would recommend Dr Madsen and crew in a heartbeat!

Best dental practice I've ever been to! I would leave six stars if I could. Dr. Madsen, Maria, and Aaron are wonderful and professional individuals. It is a very friendly and clean office. The staff are superbly organized, and I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a minute or two for my scheduled appointment. The communication and reminders are also excellent. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Loved my visit here. That says A LOT coming from someone like me, who had many traumatic dental experiences growing up. The fear and anxiety I feel at just the thought of going to the dentist is overwhelming, to say the least. I had a wonderful dentist in Paradise for many years, but, unfortunately for me, he relocated out of state after the Camp Fire. It took me almost a year and a half to schedule an appointment with Dr Madsen (even though my previous dentist had highly recommended him, knowing and keeping in mind my very fragile state when it came to dentistry). Well, I had my first appointment today, and guess what... I lived to tell about it! The office is small and quaint, the staff is very friendly, and Dr. Madsen has a gentleness and calmness about him- all of which were the perfect combination for a girl like me! I will definitely be going back!

Always feel like we can have total trust in him, knowing he will recommend only services we need. Like the way he also points out options when fixing a problem,so we can get what is necessary done e or choose what will work best for us. We would recommend him to anyone. Not quite as convenient as he used to be having moved now to Gridley but worth the trip
